Alignment Reset is a private intensive designed to create meaningful clarity in a concentrated, well-held space.
The experience may be completed as a one-day private intensive or as two extended private sessions, depending on the season, schedule, and depth of the work required.
Before we meet, you will complete a private intake designed to surface the current tensions, decisions, patterns, responsibilities, and areas of strain that need attention.
Inside the experience, we move through three core movements:

Stabilization
Before clarity can be trusted, the nervous system and inner narrative need room to settle. We begin by slowing the swirl.
We name what is present without rushing to solve it. We then identify the visible pressures and the quieter interior patterns beneath them.
This may include decision fatigue, spiritual dissonance, emotional depletion, relational strain, leadership pressure, delayed grief, resentment, over-functioning, or the sense that you have become too available to what is no longer aligned.

Once the noise is named, we begin to examine the deeper architecture. This is where we look at the patterns shaping your current leadership and life.
